ALE Solutions Payments

Securely send payments to ALE Solutions for portions of living expenses that are not covered by your insurance policy. This includes deductibles, rent and utility abatements, security deposits, and other miscellaneous housing expenses.

ALE Solutions does not store, process, or transmit credit card information. Payment processing is powered by Chase Paymentech.

Please enter your Claim Number or Invoice Number and the full dollar amount to be paid.

Return Policy

Refund Requests:
We will provide a refund for a credit card transaction provided:

• You have requested a refund within 10 days of the transaction.
• There are no outstanding debts to ALE.

Security Deposit Returns:
Landlord security deposit payments are forwarded by ALE along with an initial rent check to your landlord. Since you are the lessee, you are responsible for the return of all or a portion of the deposit at the end of the lease. If the landlord returns the deposit to ALE, we will send you that amount minus any cost due ALE by you and not covered by your insurance. Note that most insurance companies do not cover security deposit funds legitimately withheld by your landlord.
